1. Overview
At BriterSkin Day Spa and Cosmetics, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience with every visit. We want every client to feel confident and cared for. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and product returns to ensure clarity and fairness for all.
2. Spa Services — Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment: no charge — you may reschedule freely.
- Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of your appointment: a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value may apply.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows: a fee of up to 100% of the service value may be charged.
We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if your circumstances change, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
3. Service Refunds
Due to the nature of spa and beauty services, completed services are non-refundable. However, if you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please let us know immediately or within 48 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to address your concerns, which may include:
- A complimentary follow-up treatment
- A partial credit toward a future service
- Other reasonable resolution at our discretion
We do not offer cash refunds for services already rendered.
4. Prepaid Packages and Gift Cards
Prepaid service packages and gift cards are non-refundable but are fully transferable to another person. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
If a package or gift card has not been used and is within its validity period, please contact us to discuss your options.
5. Product Returns
For cosmetic and skincare products purchased in-spa or through our website:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
- Opened or used products are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective or cause an adverse reaction.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
If you experience an adverse skin reaction to a product purchased from us, please contact us at support@briter.skin and we will work with you to find a suitable resolution.
6. Defective Products
If a product is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with:
- Your order or receipt number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Refund Process
Once a return or refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
