BriterSkin Day Spa and Cosmetics is a luxury day spa and cosmetics studio located in New Westminster’s River Market, British Columbia, Canada, with an additional presence in Sugar Land, Texas, USA. We offer expert skincare treatments, body rituals, waxing, threading, cosmetic consultations, and curated relaxation packages.
3. Use of the Website
By using our website, you agree to:

- You will arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time, with the full service fee still applicable

We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if, in the professional judgment of our estheticians, it may not be safe or suitable for you.
5. Health and Safety

7. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for our Canadian location and in US Dollars (USD) for our US location unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your booking is the price you will be charged.
Promotional prices and packages are subject to specific terms and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
8. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at the time of booking or purchase. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
Deposits may be required to secure certain appointments or packages.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review it carefully before booking an appointment or purchasing a product.
10. Gift Cards and Packages
Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are transferable to another person but cannot be exchanged for cash.
BriterSkin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired gift cards.
11. Photography and Media
BriterSkin may occasionally take photographs or video content in our spa for use on our website and social media. We will always ask for your consent before photographing you. You may decline at any time without affecting the quality of your service.

For clients in Canada, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
For clients in the United States, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
